Our beautiful newly restored Art Nouveau 1900s heritage building designed by Kohlbecker Architects in collaboration with KO Galerie is located in the heart of Baden-Baden, 5 minutes walk from the famous Festspielhaus and 2 minutes walk from the buzzing Roomers Hotel. On the first floor a 2 and a 3 bedroom unfurnished apartment is available for long-term rental. On the second floor two cozy and modern lofts can be rented out for short-term for those exploring the area of Baden-Baden.
